My mother wants a Digital Photo Frame for Christmas that is compatible with a Sony Memory Card. Are ther certain brands of Digital Photo Frames that accept all memory cards or are some of them specific? Please help!

No, they are not. In fact Sony is the odd one out with the memory stick, all other cameras/gadgets use one of the other formats.
Many frames accept a multitude of formats, but you’ll have to research carefully to make sure the frame is compatible with the memory stick.
