The most important part about a digital frame is the resolution, i.e. the number of pixels on each side. The bigger the resolution, the better the quality.

800 x 600 is too small, the 1024 x 768 is a little better, although the screen is bigger, too.

Keep looking and make sure to compare the resolution.

The best frames use memory cards just like cameras do – forget about frames that only work with internal memory.

Buy a little USB card reader, they are cheap and the best method of downloading photos from digital cameras, as well as a very easy way to load photos ONTO a card.

I followed the directions and it doesn’t work. It says that you just have to hook up the USB cable to the computer and the frame, turn the frame on, and the computer will recognize that it’s there and photos can then be downloaded. It doesn’t work! HELP!!

it may not come up on it’s own. you might have to go to My Computer, find the frame drive..(Not C:/ or your disc drive but whatever the other drive is. Open it up and drag a folder of the pictures you want into it. Also, you will want to eject it, not just pull out the cord or you could fry it. To do this, gp to the very bottom right where you’ll see little icons and find the oone with the little checkmark. double click on it and then click Stop. It will tell you when it’s ok to remove it
